OneDrive refresh failures send failure emails to all Workspace members

We recently connected to a OneDrive file, creating a datasete and a report.  The refresh failed but a failure email was sent to all members of the workspace where the dataset resides including the dataset owner.  Typically, only the dataset owner would get this email along with any others he/she would add.  Is this working as intended or can we restrict where these refresh failures go when connecting to OneDrive files?
