The only thing I can see is this error that gives nothing when you Google:

A file attached to OneDrive. didn't do any changes. have no idea what does it mean or how to get any more information.

After my tests, the OneDrive refresh works properly on my side.
Have you also installed the data gateway and configured the schedule refresh for the dataset? Just to check if you only used OneDrive refresh.
In addition, you could open refresh history to show more details or error messages.
There are no gateways. It is the Power BI online service.
The only error what I can see is what I posted in the OT.
I see now that my other source file from OneDrive doesn't connect as well..
When trying to add a new source from OneDrive it just shows a blank screen.
I think the problem lies in the connection to OneDrive.
but again, there's no way to debug anything in this tool..
