OneDrive refresh Disabled

 I am not a tech guru, so I appreciate any help you can give me. I am grasping at straws trying to solve the issue I am experiencing. I have worked with Power BI online(app) for the last 6 months or ...

Hi JillSS78,

"my company went to a two factor authentication, and we had some updates for Power Bi that were slow to install." What operations did you do for the Onedrive refresh? So the refresh schedule returns an error? Could you please share your detailed error information for further analysis?

One Drive Refresh was working automatically as a Sharepoint Link prior to November.  If you need more detail please let me know.  I may need more information as to the detailed error information you need.

 

I appreicate any help I can get!

    Hi JillSS78,

    Yes, what I want to know is what do you do before the schedule fails? At first, everything works fine, while it did not refresh later. I think you must do something for it. If you did nothing, it's weird, I personally suggest you create a support ticket on the right-bottom of this page to get dedicated support.

      Thanks...I really didn't have to do anything.  It was automatically refreshing as a LIVE (or hourly-ish) update.  I will try to submit a ticket.
