I've have multiple dataflows running from the same db - e.g. Dimensions update daily but transaction related tables refresh periodically throughout the day.
The dimensions dataflow can refresh successfully with no issue including when manually refreshing it, the refresh goes into the refresh history log and we can track it to completion.
The transactions dataflow stopped refreshing 24 hours ago, next refresh still showed the normal time for the refresh but the time was in the past. Manual refresh attempts would show the pop-up on the top right but no refresh would be listed in the refresh history log. No errors show up for this. It just doesn't show up.
I have tested the db table access through a test directquery and have full access with no lag so I don't think this is a gateway or db server side issue.
Any ideas or guidance would be appreciated
Hi @osmutalip ,
If the refreshing is not showing up at all and there is no error message and the dates are showing in the past I think you will have to open a Microsoft help ticket since they are in charge of the service.
