OnPrem Server Reports not Refreshing

Hope someone can help with this scenario   - Gateway installed and fully functioning. - SQL Server Datasource connection working with no issues - Refresh either manual or scheduled, not working. ...

    Hi nelson777 

     

    This is sql server side error, first point to check is to look at SQL server error logs around that time to try and relate the issue. 

    Also try restarting the On-Premises gateway service and also SQL service to see if that helps.

    Also try loading one simple table in PowerBI and see if that works, it might be that its happening for just one table.
