On-premises gateway issue when refresh some certain partition

Hi all,

I hope this is the right place to ask this question: my gateway just stop working all of the sudden. I have tried manually refresh some partitions and found on 2 partitions, no matter how many time I tried, it just failed because of timing out issue.

Upon checking the gateway log, I can see the difference between a successful refresh and failed refresh is the failed ones throw out this error:
[DM.GatewayCore] Error while polling connection status. System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at Microsoft.Data.Mashup.MashupConnection.UpdateProgress(IEnumerable`1 progresses)
at Microsoft.Data.Mashup.MashupConnection.get_Progress()
at Microsoft.PowerBI.DataMovement.Pipeline.GatewayCore.AdoNetStatusUtils.GetCurrentStatusFromMashupConnection(MashupConnection connection)
at Microsoft.PowerBI.DataMovement.Pipeline.GatewayCore.AdoNetMonitoredDbConnectionPool.<PollConnectionStatusAsync>d__14.MoveNext()

After this error message, the gateway doesnt seem to try getting data anymore and because of that, timing out error happens afterward.

Anyone is having similar issue or any ideas how to get around this? 
My gateway version is April 2023 or GatewayVersion=3000.170.8.
