Hi, @Herry_Mei
The error message suggests that the On-premises data gateway is unable to establish a connection with the server. This could be due to a number of reasons such as network connectivity issues, firewall settings, or incorrect configuration settings. You can try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:
Check the network connectivity between the On-premises data gateway and the server. Ensure that the network connection is stable and there are no network issues.
Check the firewall settings on the On-premises data gateway and ensure that the required ports are open.
Check the configuration settings of the On-premises data gateway and ensure that they are correct. You can refer to the documentation for the On-premises data gateway for more information on the configuration settings.
Restart the On-premises data gateway and try to connect again.
