a few data goal, our On-premises data getway begin to have connection issue, it work before that.
when I try to login the "On-premises data getway" app, I fail to sign in, it report below errors, but when I open personal getway on the same computer, it works.
the error is:
Network request returned unexpected error.
A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 20.43.130.210:443

This could be due to a number of reasons such as network connectivity issues, firewall settings, or incorrect configuration settings. You can try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:
Check the network connectivity between the On-premises data gateway and the server. Ensure that the network connection is stable and there are no network issues.
Check the firewall settings on the On-premises data gateway and ensure that the required ports are open.
Check the configuration settings of the On-premises data gateway and ensure that they are correct. You can refer to the documentation for the On-premises data gateway for more information on the configuration settings.
Restart the On-premises data gateway and try to connect again.
