    Hi GilbertQ ,

    Thanks for the suggestion. I was able to install and recover the gateway on my own machine. This gave IT more clues to look at and they found it to be an internal DNS issue, which they are working to resolve.

Hi ksoukup 

 

 Would it be possible to install a new virtual machine and install the gateway? See if that works, and then if that works, uninstall the gateway on the new virtual machine, reinstall the gateway with the recovery key and you should be good to go.
