    Hi RiddhiK

Your filepath is the problem.  Whenever you connect to your files you should use the format "\\Server\Test".  The path in your screenshot is "C:\Test"

You will likely need to update your PBIX file and the gateway to make use of a network folder that is accessable by both your Gateway and your Power BI Desktop.

Hi Anonymous , thanks for your prompt response. Can you please elaborate, what do you mean by "\\Server\Test"?

I think you need to spicify your path, I am curious why it is local host? Chang "C:" to server name

Your source is a file and you will have to specify the full detail of the file path. This would be the \\servername\folder\file.extension

let me know if that works.

      Hi RiddhiK ,

Have you checked the box “Skip test connection”?
