On-premises data gateway-Network Request Returned Unexpected Error-Configuration client returned nul

I have compiled a document with all the issues and their solutions we have encountered so far in our environment (multiple gateways with multiple cluster members). I'm not saying I have seen it all but I certainly have suffered through a lot of issues with our gateway setups (and I have lots of questions for the gateway product team).
