On premise gateway error-Sign in issue

2 weeks ago we created on premise gateway which was working as expected . Suddenly we are not able to sign in to the gateway app on our server. There are 2 errors that we are getting-

→network error- network request returned unknown error. 404 (not found) at Microsoft.powerbi. Datamovement. Gatewayuncommon.Configuratorclientextensions

→TLS 1.0 is disabled

The data sources are working properly. But we are not able to Get any logs, network test reports as we are not able to sign in to app. Please let we know if anyone has encountered the same issue and what could be the possible cause and solution to it.

    Hi, pracyal

Are you using the On-premises data gateway with a version prior to the November release ?Please uninstall the on-premise data gateway firstly then  install the latest version of the gateway from here.

After that you also can try to add or modify the registry keys on the machine running the gateway service under the Support for TLS 1.1/1.2  .

    Enable the TLS 1.1 protocol

If the issue persists, please open a support ticket with MSFT to seek technical support. They will look into the issue on your side and provide better suggestions.
