On-premise date Gateway
Hi AITOURHARBIY , Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community Forum.
This issue is not related to your A5 or Power BI Pro license. The message in the gateway installer indicates that your organization has restricted who can install or register On-premises Data Gateways through Power BI tenant settings. Even with the correct license, users must still be granted permission by the Power BI/Microsoft 365 administrator to configure a gateway.
Administrators can control which users or security groups are allowed to install and manage gateways. Please contact your Power BI or Microsoft 365 admin and ask them to verify the tenant settings or add your account to the authorized group. Also ensure you are signing in with your organizational account and if required by your company policy, connected through VPN or running the installer with local administrator rights.

I contact admin-It this morning but whe don't detect where we can add my account or the groue in https://app.powerbi.com/admin-portal but we don't found where we can make this autorisation

Hi AITOURHARBIY , Ask your admin to go to Tenant settings -> Integration settings -> Users can install gateways. This setting controls whether non admin users are allowed to register an On-premises Data Gateway. If it is disabled or limited to specific security groups, your account must be added there before the installer will work.
