On premise data gateway shared folder refresh
On premise data gateway setup to refresh 3 data sources.
2 sql server queries and one folder query.
data gateway shows online and ready to go, and source connections verify properly.
When I manually refresh error logs show invalid username/password for shared folder path.
I can browse to shared folder path from gateway server with creds for the user that the refresh is scheduled under.

Difficult to troubleshoot. You could check the Issues forum here:

Whether you got the same error log when it is in schedule refresh? Could you please provide the related dataset setting and data source configuration information(exclude credentials)? Thank you.
