On-premise data gateway is not available

we have configured the gateway On-premise data gateway for updates to a sql server data source in 6.30 pm and 1.30 pm, the server where we have installed the Gatway in the same server as the Sql Server data source is still running. Unfortunately, sometimes the update gives errors. as shown in the screenshot, sometimes updating is done without error and this under the same conditions .Can you help us to solve this problem, I am at your disposal for any further information

Kindly update your gateway to the lastest version and have a try agian. And please make sure the your net is fine during refreshing.

yes i have updated but the problème still exist Some refresh is ok others no

@bottu man, i'm thinking here.. check if, when you refresh your DW are refreshing too or inserting new datas, because it appear that, when you try to refresh, have something happing together the PBI refresh, because this it fails.

make sure about that.

We have updated this gateway  (Update of september) 

and noW I have done 6 times of update every day to see the results

until non for yesterday 2/6 of update  that fails

the Error is : Your data gateway is offline or inaccessible. Verify that the computer running it is turned on at the time of the refresh.

@bottu,  your data gateway till on-premises?

About this error, it can be because your server are down, without internet.... but, like you said sometimes it works and sometimes no.

check if you have some update into your tables locking him, or check if the error does in the same schedule 6.30 p.m or 1.30 p.m.

I wille confirm you that the server is up ans also the Internet in this time , more than that  before 1.30 pm we have à pachakage of SISS that load data from our transactionnel system to this server that contain both  Gateway and Data soure and this package never failed , it finishes 25 minutes before the powerbi update the data  

Idont  think that  that some update into our r tables locking him because this Business Intelegence data base  database not transactional.I will add 3 pm as other interval to see if the update is ok or not

@bottu try to install again your datagateway, update him for last version.. it can fix your burgs because recently the new version was published.
