On-premise Gateway issue
- Anonymous8 years ago
jasmina open up your Power BI project in the Power BI Desktop. Look for the button "Edit Queries" and the small down arrow underneath it. This will open up a menu with an option called "Date Source Settings". The window that appears will give you a concise listing of all the data sources in your project
Your gateway must contain 100% of these sources. The only exception is Microsoft cloud sources, but your gateway must have the "Allow users cloud data to refresh through this gateway cluster....". That option is also presently ticked off according to your screenshots.
Hi jasmina, You will need to create the datasources in the gateway so you have a connection to each dataset in your report before you can schedule data refreshes.
See details here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-gateway-getting-started#adding-data-sources
