Impactful IndividualOn-Premises gateway
Not sure if this is the right forum but here it goes. I have previously install on-prem gateway. I was able to register it with no problem. It's a couple of months I haven't played with it. After starting it I got a prompt to login or something like this and on a top that popup I had another one prompting to update the gateway. I selected to update. It was working for a while but stuck at this:
I also have expoerted logs but are pretty big. Please help.

see if you can get some picture to show the whole log, if not try installing anew as told before see if that solves its (with the lastest version)

for a better answer you would need to post the error log as a file on this post, the lazy solution to try, uninstall the gateway and install it again (using your recovery key, so its still configured to your account) if it doesnt work try installing it anew with a new gateway from scratch, but I do recommend to share the logs to see the correct problem and possible soluctions.

fairly new on this forum using it, but I think you need to shared it via a web link or copy the content on the message space, dunno if theres a way to upload a file but I think there must be one !!
