On-Premises gateway not configured correctly

Hi,   I am using On-Premises gateway enterprise mode. they had been working good. Recently I got issues, I created gateway and shared to others, but it always showing "Not configured correctly" in...

    Try to add user in your datasource users .

Hi naivecalf 

Could you add the user in Manage Gateways => data source => Users ? When you add the user in it ,the user can see and use the datasource you shared .Then they can connect dataset and datasource in Gateway Connection .
