On-Premises Data Gateway
I had to install the on-premises data gateway on a new server. The installation seemed to go fine. However, when I log into Power BI Service and go to "Manage Connections and Gateways", I get the following error...Unable to authenticate for GRAPH service. Please contact Microsoft support if this issue persists. I need to be able to assign other users to this gateway, but obviously, it will not recognize them.
How do I fix this issue?
Is this because I still have another gateway installed on a different server?

installing the physical gateway service on a VM is different from managing the gateway cluster in the service.
I would recommend you raise a ticket to get the management page to show. If you have a Pro license you can open a Pro ticket at https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/newsupportticket/powerbi
Otherwise you can raise an issue at https://community.fabric.microsoft.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues .Hi Anonymous ,
Please try the following methods and check if they can solve your problem:
1.Try to delete the on-premises gateway on another server.
2.Check the authenticate for the service when managing connections.Best Regards,
