On-Premises Data Gateway Not Showing in Power BI Service

Issue:
I have installed and configured an On-Premises Data Gateway (ODBC-Gateway) to connect an ODBC data source (ODBC-SERVER) to Power BI. The gateway is online and running, but it does not appear in Power BI Service under Manage Connections and Gateways.

Steps Taken:
✔ Installed & registered the gateway in Standard Mode
✔ Verified the gateway is online in the Gateway UI
✔ Restarted the gateway service
✔ Checked Power BI Service (app.powerbi.com) → Gateway not listed
✔ Ran network test (no issues)
✔ Confirmed Power BI tenant is in North Europe, Gateway in Australia East

Request:
Can someone help with that? It is my first time installing a server, could be a tenant restrictions, sync issues, or region conflicts preventing the gateway from appearing in Power BI?
What should I do?

Hello @Beto_Zambom

Power BI gateways must be installed in the same region as your Power BI tenant. If your Power BI tenant is in North Europe, the gateway installed in Australia East will not appear in the Power BI Service.
• This restriction ensures that data processing and compliance align with regional settings.

To resolve this issue, you would need to either reinstall the gateway and select the correct region (North Europe) during installation

@nilendraFabric One more question if possible. I did and the status is showing online. Once I go to the report I create to open a schedule refresh on gateway and cloud connection the gateway is there but it shows
"Not configured correctly"

Thanks @nilendraFabric that's work! I thought that as I am located in Australia and our server is here, the location should be in australia an not in North Europe.
