On-Premise Personal Gateway Error using R as datasource

Dear all,

 

I develop an application on PowerBI Desktop that uses an R script as datasource. The application on Desktop works and it is possible to refresh it. R has the lastest version 4.0.3. Dataset of R script is an Excel file.

 

I upgraded the user to a Pro license and we deploy PowerBI Desktop to PowerBI Services. In order to upload the dataset we installed a On-Premis Personal Gateway. Net framework dependences are installed. Unfortunately when we try to connect the gateway this error occurs.


Does anyone experienced this error before?

Thank you for the reply. We use R for dataset import and not for visual and all of the libraries seems to be supported.

It seems that the .net frame didnt configure correctly,you'd better re-install it and try again.
