On Premise Gateways Issues

I have been made an admin of On Premise Gateway. I have noticed that the other two admins have their emails under their names and mines a long string of chararcaters. 

However in 'Manage Gateways' the gateways are not showing up in the 'On-premise data gateways' tab but they are showing in the 'connections' tab and it also won't let me edit connection because it saying the connection is ready only.

Can anyone help? -
