On-Premise Gateway Issue

I recently upgraded on-premise gateway, since the update i am getting a failed dataset refresh for shceduled jobs due to error "The process cannot access the file 'C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\PBIEgwService\AppData\Local\Microsoft\On-premises data gateway\GatewayInfotemp.temp.log' because it is being used by another process.".  If i manually run it, it will eventually work.

Is this a known error or is there any configuration that i need to enable?

Downgrade  the gateway and see if the error goes away. Generally it is not advisable to upgrade right after the new gateway version is released. The last couple of releases were rather buggy.  From what I hear the last of the February 2023 versions is relatively stable.
