Hi Akash_Varuna and Anonymous ,
Thanks a ton! and sorry for the delay in response. The document you shared is indeed helpful. Also, I was able to achieve this along with another reference:
https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/relational-databases/lesson-2-connecting-from-another-computer?view=sql-server-ver16Thanks again,
Hrishi
Hi Anonymous Yes, it is possible for User A to use the gateway configured by User B if the gateway is installed on a system with access to both SQL servers, and User A has been granted access to the gateway and corresponding data source in Power BI Service. Please ensure that the gateway settings include the appropriate connection configurations for both users' SQL servers.
If this post helped please do give a kudos and accept this as a solution
Thanks In Advance

Hi Akash_Varuna ,
Thanks for the response and confirmation. Can you please let me know if there are any article, video or documentation that talks about how servers hosted in different windows system can be accessed by a single gateway.
Thanks,
Hrishi
