Omnichannel customized report access error.

Hello, I added a custom report to Omnichannel's 

Embedded Power BI extensibility - Real-time data mode power bi service workspace. I am a member in it.

However when I try to access the report on the Customer service worksapce app, I get this error :

Anyone know how to resolve this? Thanks

Hi  @DivAlex ,

You can find the report on Power BI Service, click Manage permissions to go to the corresponding dataset interface to see if you have the permissions.
