Office365Mon Template pack Service error

Hi,

Has anyone successfully used the office 365 template pack by microsoft?

I was able to succesfully login with the credentials but got a generic error in the dataset.

I'm not able to download the report and check the error in power BI desktop bcos its a template pack.

Any help is much appreciated.
