Is anyone familiar with this? I REALLY need to get this resolved - several of our companies are starting to adopt Power BI but not being able to refresh will be an issue. I can refresh from the desktop and publish to the service just fine. It just doesn't work to refresh from the service.
What is the data source? Two actions that I would take. First, use the smiley icon in the upper right of the Service to send a "frowny face" to Microsoft and include a screen shot, there is a little picture icon you can use when leaving a comment. Then, go to support.powerbi.com and use the Contact Support link (bottom left) to send in an actual support request.
It's a Sybase database (QQube) that holds data from Quickbooks. Thanks for your advice! I'll give that a go.
Thanks for your help in general! I have another account here (@dbadmin). I work for several different companies, each using Power BI for different reasons. You've assisted with several different problems on both sides, so thanks. 🙂
