    Hi Jack_W_KY ,

Thank you for the update, and well done on identifying the issue with the shared Semantic Model  that’s a valuable insight.  Since shared Semantic Models can sometimes cause unexpected behavior, particularly with permissions or connections,

Here are a few tips that might be helpful.

    1. Check the Semantic Model settings in the Power BI Service, such as credentials, refresh settings, and gateway configuration.
    2. Use a copy of the Semantic Model if multiple reports depend on it. This helps prevent conflicts between reports.
    3. Test small changes (like adding one visual at a time) when reconnecting to the shared model. Use Performance Analyzer in Desktop to check for any delays or issues.
    4. Ensure permissions are consistent for anyone accessing the model and its data sources.

If this model is crucial for multiple reports, it might be worth creating a dedicated version just for this report to keep things clean and reliable.

    I hope this helpful..
