Odata Feed Intune can't refresh in Power BI

Hello everyone,

PBI trouble Intune.pngI have a little problem. If I load my report to my workspace all works fine but If I try to connect the OData Feed from the Intune Datawarehouse it doesn't work. He say always my Credentials don't work but I have all rigths I need for this. So has anybody an idea which mistake I made?

(points I've noticed:

- get all rigths I need

- load the report from the Desktop Client from NovemberUpdate

- empty the cache in the Client before I load it into the workspace

- 2 authenticate for my credentials

- all Data are in the cloud no onpremise gateway needed)

With best regards,

Kathrin

1 ACCEPTED SOLUTION

Hy everyone, after a week (feels like) I have a solution for my problem. It's not the best but better than nothing. So I used a other way to grap the data from the warehouse - I took this link in the OData Feed and than I was able to connect live feed with a refresh time. (https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/devices) If you use it you don't get so much tables like from the original datawarehouse link but the data is up-to-date and for the first impression very helpfull.

With best regards,

Hi @KBO,

In Power BI desktop,  you connect the OData Feed from the Intune Datawarehouse and create report. All of them works fine? If it works correctly in Power Bi desktop while not in Power BI service, I have no power to view your data background. I personally suggest you create support ticket on the right bottom of this page. You can use fidder tool to trace the refresh log and share them to dedicated person.

Best Regards,
Angelia
