'Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Hi all,

I've been getting this error message since Friday/Saturday on PowerBI service for all reports that are connecting to an Oracle DB source stopping all the report refreshed. Oracle Clinet and PowerBI are both 64-bit version, there's been no changes applied to anything other than gateway updated to April version the week prior. Everything worked fine until Friday.

Also reciving this error when refreshing reports on PowerBI desktop:

Has anyone got any ideas on how to solve it?

I found the fix for the above problem.

  1. Locate and copy the oraons.dll file in ‘<>product\12.2.0\client_1’ on your oracle install path

  2. Paste the file into the ‘<>product\12.2.0\client_1\bin directory
