Object at Filter Level got Reset After Saving another page

Hi all,

I would need you help.

Scenario: report composed by 3 pages

• Page 0 (the main one...the "landing page")
• Page 1 - it contains only few Cards. The cards show the same values but they are filtered by another parameter at object level (i.e. Showing the Revenue of different country--> every card shows "Revenue" and in the Object Filter box I select a specific country)
• Page 2 : not relevant

What I am trying to do: 

1. edit Report;
2. moving on Page 1, here I set up the filter per every card at object level.
3. moving on the Page 0 and Save (to save the changes and set up the "startup page" here)

I try to do this step also in Power BI Desktop and after the Save, I even publish it on "My Workspace".

What I get:

here i sthe problem. I quit and I try to enter again into the report. Indeed the Page 0 has been selected as startup page, but the moving on Page 1 all the Object level filter has been removed (or better the filter parameter is there in the filter tab but has no selection inside).

This is totally insane and looks as a bug...or do I am missing something?
