OData dataset refresh failed on Power BI Web

Hi Experts,

Facing this issue when I tried to refresh my JIRA dataset using OData data connection on Power BI web. I have no issue running the refresh on Power BI Desktop. The refresh was working previously on Power BI web until last few weeks. Anyone facing same issue and have you found any solution?

    Hi justinycw1 ,

     

    Since the error message is stating that the credential are the issue I would double check the gateway (or, if not using gateway), the userid that is being used.  I have seen this when the individual userid is not a service account and their password was changed.  If a password was changed, then the password has to be changed in the Service as well. 

    OR, is the userid that was used to set this up still valid (was that userid deleted)?
