ODBC connection error with on-premises data gateway

Hello PowerBI team,

We are getting this error, when trying to connect to our ODBC data source via the on-premises data gateway

(DMTS_PublishDatasourceToClusterErrorCode)

Looks like running into a timeout.

Background:

We have set up a On-premises data gateway on a Windows Server 2012 machine. We have set up a System-DSN on the server like this:

On PowerBI it looks like, the gateway is online. The setup of the data connection looks like this:

When I try to connect with Excel Power BI on the server, its working well. Also, I have installed the On-premises data gateway (not the personel mode) on my local computer. With the same configuration, the connection is working well. We tried already, to turn off the firewall on the server. Nothing helped.

Some ideas, what to do? Would appreciate any help on this. Thanks in advance.
