OAuth suddenly failing for SharePoint source

I have several Sharpoint spreadsheets linked to power bi reports that have been working fine for months.  Just yesterday the report could not refresh and in checking these sources were off line.  I tried reestablising OAuth credit but receive a message on these source now..

Unable to start OAuth login for this data source.

Since last Saturday 6/4/2024 afternoon, online sharepoint list datasets refresh failed and offline.  These datasets are connected via data gateway as other datasets are on-perm SQL. Attempted to fix the OAuth credentials but failed with error messages.
"Unable to start OAuth login for this data source. OAuth login through the data gateway was unsuccessful due to user. Specific error details available below and in the gateway logs."

Suddenly on 8/4, around 11:14am Sydney time, everything is back to normal.  OAuth can be re-authenticated and semantic model refresh worked again. Wonder anyone has seen this error around that time?  Anyone has raised a ticket to Microsoft.  

Micorsoft already had Sharepoint issue on 19/3 with empty table read by PowerBI.

Is this SP Online or on-premise? It sounds like your gateway connection is having issues, can you go into the gateway connection settings and check it? Note that SharePoint Online doesn't require a gateway at all, so you might try going without if that's what you're using.

This is SP online.  I ended up deleting and recreating the share point connections and they seem to be working ok now.  But thank you for your reply.
