O Power BI Serviço não carrega o relatório

Boa tarde,

Quando eu clico no dashboard ele não carrega no Power BI serviço. Poderiam ajudar?

já testei esse usuário em outros navegadore e outras máquinas e mesmo assim não carrega o dashboard. Ele é uma conta PRO

Based on your error message given, it seems you are trying to share a Power BI report/dashboard with other users but the end-user can't open the report, right?

If I'm correctly understand, please kindly check and make sure these things for the issue solution:

1. If the end-user that met this issue is external user from your organization or the internal users? end-user that met this issue is external user from your organization, please kindly refer to this official document link for the pre-requirement to make the B2B external users access your tenant's Power BI content:

2. If your issue end-user is internal user from your organization, please go to the "Manage permission" page of this issue report to check and make sure if the end-user has at least view permission to the report:
