O Data Feed in Power BI
Hi,
has anyone used OData Feed in power BI?
I was using SAP hana to pull data as direct query in Power BI but they didn't agree to setup the gateway and use directquery or import. Now they have suggested to use ODATA feed instead and I think they will create URL for data. Wanted to understand if this will work without any issue or gateway setup in power bi?
If the OData feed is publicly accessible (HTTPS), no gateway is needed. You can use Power BI Service to connect and refresh data.
If the OData feed is internal (on-premise), you'll need an on-premises data gateway to refresh the data in Power BI Service.
