Thank you for posting on MS Fabric community.
Since there is no native solution I can share with you a workaround that I used once.
You need ro enable Azure Log Analytics integration for the workspace and alert from there because the semantic model events can be captured for premium workspaces and you can use these logs to investigate refresh details and monitor DAX formulas and expressions as well as PQ activity.
