Notification when a user is granted access to an App?

Is there a notification mechanism that triggers when users are granted access to a Power BI App?

    Hi mmossel 

    When you give access of the app to some users, they will receive an e-mail containing the link to the app.

Is it possible to not to send a notification when a user is added? If possible how can this be done?
