Notification for workspace memebers
Hi, Guys
I have i quastion, can I send notification manually or automatically from my report to all memebers of workspace i Power Bi service.
For example I create a new visualization for report what already exists and I want to send notification on email for example for all memebers what have acces for the workspace where this report are. Something like "Hi, in report "Sales" I create new visualization please make attention!" Any ideas?

People can sign up for subscriptions or alerts to give them this information. A subscription can be created for others as this article points out:

An alert would be a bit more tricky but could be done on a visual that is modified based on date of change. I believ ethat each person ahs to set their own alerts though....but you can dig into that part if subscriptions don't work for you.

You could create a group (distribution groups or security groups) for all uses in the workspace,and then share the report to this group.
In case you just want to simply notify them instead of sharing the report , I have found a idea here which is similar with what you want, you could give your votes at it: send emails to members of the workspace
