Helper VNotification email for Dataset refreshes not working
Hi,
We have a private workspace for hosting powerbi reports and datasets, connecting to SQL, used for embedding reports into a web portal we supply to our customers.
For the dataset refreshes; we have scheduled the refreshes to be 09:00, 12:00, 15:00 etc... We are getting failures for refreshes, sporadically, but we aren't receiving alerts despite plugging our email address in.
Please advise, as we need to be notified of the Errors for dataset refreshes.

Do you only see this issue with this dataset or you cannot receive failure email notifications for all your datasets?
Please make sure that you’ve checked following option for your dataset.
One more thing, do you have edit the alternate email? in that case, notifications should be sent to your alternate email address.
If you still cannot find any failure notification email for you dataset refresh in email box (including spam/junk folders), I suggest you to create a support ticket at http://support.powerbi.com
