Not seeing any users in usage metrics - only my own

I have about 15 people in my organization with read only access actively using a report but the usage metrics only show my own interactions. I've screen shared and watched these others log in... is there something I'm missing? 

Every user was added by providing direct access with an email message. We are currently on a Pro Trial. 

Please let me know what I'm missing, this is a huge piece of our evaluation!

Hi, @nckpedersen 

The old version of the Usage Metrics report only seemed to show data for yourself.
Try using the new version of the metrics report, which will show more detailed data, and you can also see other user data in the report list page.

But nevertheless, it is inevitable that the displayed metrics data is not always timely feedback due to network and other factors.

It should not influence your evaluation. These reports are notoriously unreliable, and they are ephemeral.  Evaluate the Advanced Usage Analytics that has recently been announced, or use the Tenant audit logs instead for reliable reporting.
