Not receiving @ comment notification email

Hello,   My colleage and I are both able to comment on a report in the service and can tag each other, but neither of us recieve any notification that we have been tagged in a comment on a report. ...

    Hi v-karpurapud, I have reviewed the information, unfortunately the issue remains unresolved. I don't really have any more details to share - I think the details I have shared fully describe the problem.

At this point, we recommend raising a support ticket with Microsoft so the behavior can be reviewed directly by the Power BI product team.
