Not all data pulling through on On-Premises Data Gateway refresh?

I am having a strange issue with my data that I've yet to experience. 

My data sources include 2 files and 2 sql server databases. I have setup an On-Premises data gateway on the same sql server and have created 4 new connections to link each source. (I've changed names for privacy reasons)

 

You can see all my sources and gateway are online.

 

 

The below screenshot is how one of my tables looks on the desktop version. Everything pulls in fine.

 

 

The below screenshot is of the published version with the data sources connected to the data gateway. You can see for some reason some data is just completely missing. 

Could there be an issue pulling in all the data? Or there being some for of timeout happening? I don't see why there would be an issue as the dataset is only 19MB

    Hi DJSwezey 

     

    Can you confirm that the dataset is being refreshed successfully?

     

    Also can you do the reset to default to make sure that there are no filters being applied to the report in the Power BI Service?

      I'm not getting any errors when refreshing the datasets. Also, all filters are cleared. Could it be a server backend issue? Maybe a certificate permissions thing?
