I am not able to edit the report as mentioned in the following documentation
Raised following question on the document, but looks like the engineer is in hurry to close ticket than ensure the documentation is correct

Please go to Get data-> Service content pack in Power BI Service, then search Azure Active Directory Activity Logs content pack and install it.
After that, you can find Azure Active Directory Activity Logs report under Report tab, open it and edit it.
