Not able to see CREATE A GROUP option in left navigation of Power BI Web (htps://app.powerbi.com)

I want to add other users to work on my dashboards, reports, datasets. So I tried to add new user group in Power BI as per https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/guided-learning/powerbi-learning-6-1-create-groups/.

But, I am not able to see this menu item.

The UI has been changed and groups are named to app workspace. Please refer to the gif below.
