Not able to schedule refresh in power BI service when connecting to position green using custom conn

Hi,
I am connecting to Position Green using a custom connector (PGExtention.mez) and able to create the report and able to refresh the report in power BI desktop. When I am publishing the report in power BI service, am not able schedule the refresh. The option is showing disable for me. I have installed a standard data gateway and when trying to create a datasource throwing an error.

Getting below error in dataset setting and schedule refresh option is disabled.

I am using reffered article to create the custom connector.

Any suggestion or solution is highly appreciated.

Based on the screenshot you provided, we see that there is a problem validating the data source credentials, please make sure you have configured the data source correctly for the gateway

Hi v-caitlyn-mstf,
Yes, there is a credential issuse. When i am editing the credentials the Authentication method is coming blank. The credentials are working fine in Power BI desktop.

Hi @JRaut84 ,

If it is useful to set the privacy level of the data source to organization or none.
Please make sure that the privacy level set in Power BI Desktop is the same as the one set in Service.
