Not able to manually refresh the dataset after failed scheduled refresh with a Timed Out error

Hi All,

One of my scheduled dataset refreshes Timed Out after 2 hours and now when I am trying to manually refresh the dataset it is not working.

Scheduled refresh started at 7:30 AM which timed out around 10 AM. Last refresh completed at 4:30AM as shown below.

Please assist on how to proceed from here.

Thanks.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Some questions:

1. What's your data source?

2. Which connection type do you use?

3. What's the complete error message?

Best Regards,

Icey

Hi @Icey , Thanks for your reply.

As a workaround, I restarted the gateway to overcome this issue, but if there is any other better solution then I'd appreciate it.

Answers to your questions -

1. SQL Server

2. Import Query

3. There were no additional details for Timed Out Error. As you can see in the image that 'Details' and "Message" columns are empty.
