Not able to export data to excel

We encountered this problem yesterday and another user pointed us in the right direction. It seems a new access right to data sets has been added, "Build".

Export rights, unless I am wrong, can now be determined in the .pbi file options settings, admin tenant settings, as well as data set permissions. Make sure that all of these allow for users to export.

RLS will still apply to anyone with build rights, or exporting data, regardless of where it says they can export data.
