Not able to delete deployment pipeline or unassign

We want to deploy some changes from our DEV to TEST environment and I cannot UNASSIGN any workspace 
nor can I DELETE the pipeline.  I am stuck.

It says, something is already in progress but there is nothing in progress. 
How to clear this?

Hi, 

I have the same issue. I cannot delete a workspace because the workspace is associated with one pipeline. But I don't have any deployment pipeline in my PowerBI

Hi @gaojj1999 , sounds like a bit different issue. Could be that other person assigned it to a deployment pipeline which you have no access to and therefore you don't see this pipeline. I would check with other members/admins of this workspace.

NO the issue is still the same. It appears that the whole pipeline operation is STUCK.

I cannot DEPLOY from Development ->Test

I cannot UNASSIGN workspace

I cannot DELETE the pipeline

In case you still experience the same, I suggest you'll open a ticket. This is not a common or 'by design' experience.
