Not Receving access request email notification

Wondering if anyone has this issue and maybe be able to help.

I do not get an email notification to my company email account (we use Gmail) whenever someone asks for access to reports/dashboards. I would have to go into Power BI service manually approve access request.

Peers in my group do get those email notifications.

Is this some kind of setting? I can't seem to find the solution.

Could it be due to some issues that are happening on the Power BI Service?

Did that end up being the actual issue?

People have requested access to one of my Power BI reports and I never received an email notification - we use Microsoft Outlook.

Ok thanks, I'll create a seperate thread then . We are having this issue so there's probably another reason for it.
